Hi, my name is Tiffini Yamin. I am the creator and founder of Peridot Four Comprehensive Antioxidant Supplements. I come from a family of chef's where food was more than nourishment, it was how we showed love. Growing up in a Lebanese family, the kitchen was the heart of the home. The aromas of lemon, butter, and garlic sizzling in a hot skillet filled the air with delicious goodness, and every meal brought our family together around the table. Those early experiences shaped my passion for holistic health.

My journey into whole-body health began when our little sister, Tanya, was diagnosed with cancer during one of the most challenging chapters of our family's life. Walking beside her through every stage of her journey changed the direction of my path and deepened my desire to understand how intentional nutrition and daily lifestyle choices can support the body during times of stress.

At this difficult time, I was also navigating my own health imbalance, of mast cell activation syndrome, (MCAS), POTS, histamine intolerance and, congenital sucrase- isomaltase deficiency (CSID). Those experiences  led me to explore the importance of metabolic balance, histamine awareness, hormonal transitions, thyroid issues and liver-supportive nutrition.

Today we create wellness tools that blend 28 years of culinary experience with our family business, Four Sisters Catering in San Antonio, Texas, along with my education at IIN Institute for Integrative Nutrition and my work as a health coach with a focus on nutrition support before, during and after complex health journeys including oncology-related wellness support.
